So here I am, ready to add the 6.8 Remington SPC to my wishlist, when I see that a complete rifle is $2,700. (!!!)

Question #1: DAMN! Is it worth that kind of money?

Question #2: What kind of magazines does it use? Modified AR mags or as-issued?

Question #3: What makes the 6.8 Rem so much better than the 5.56?

Thanks.

1. Your not just paying for the caliber swap.  For 2,700 bucks you will have a really nice rifle.

2. It uses different mag s then 5.56.  Similar in design but not the same.

3.  Not better.  Different caliber.  Special Purpose Cartridge.
