All the yelling back and forth is for show. Sr. and Jr. do that to entertain the viewers. I'm sure Sr. is not nearly as big an ass hole in real life as he is on the show.

I remember the eppisode when they had a fight and later they were hugging and crying and telling each other how much they loved each other!
