Anyone hear of these things? I saw a few TV shows on them and read a few news paper articals on them over the last few years. They are super fast flying creatures that look like little skinny sticks with 3 or 4 skinny arms on each side of the body. They fly fast enough that you can not see them but they have appeared on videos that have been filmed all over the world. They show up on tape and some uinversity proffeser discovered them and has been trying to discover what they are and where they came from. He thinks they are living but has not found a dead or live one yet. Pretty creepy to see these things on film, They are on film that has been taken from all over the world and these things are just about everywhere!

I have a pet one.

A little stubborn, but once you potty train them well and everything, they're meek.

Cute too.

I think I've seen the same TV shows you've seen. Thats the only place I've seen these things.

If they do exist, I can't imagine what they might be.

I've never seen them in any of the videos I make.

I saw them on TV once, so they must really exist.

I remember the show you are referring to. Very strange, but who knows if it's true ?

I saw them on a show with a forensic video person and they all turned out to be image artifacts....not real.

Had one fly up my nose one day.  Tried to lure her out with some beer and catfood, but I finally had to smoke a big ass stogey.

I knew it was a female because she wouldn't stop yammerin' about the beer and cigars.

I saw a tv show on them also. They only could find them on film and pictures. They proved them to be insects caught in the film somehow. It was still pretty intresting.

Yep.  The "rods" phenomenon has been thoroughly debunked.  As always however, do a few Google searches and you'll still find people swearing up and down that said debunking is just a conspiracy to hide the reality of little flying "bug aliens" or some such.

They exist.

I heard it on the Art Bell show so it must be true.

I saw a couple shows on them and was fascinated.  They looked real and no one seemed to be able to explain them.  Finally, the last show I saw on the subject, the guy just slowed the frames down to reveal they were just flys or small moths.  Cool while it lasted though.
