Hey folks, I haven't played around with gaming systems since the Sega Genesis was "Hot" (Yeah, I'm an old dude) and I was wondering if someone could clue me on the "Cutting-Edge" (Or at least, the ones MOST people have) systems out there now?

The reason I'm asking is because I have a chance to buy several hundred NIW, games for the X-Box and PS-2 for pennies on the dollar but I haven't got a CLUE if these things have ANY marketability.

The title's aren't the latest.  The "Freshest" look to be about 2 years old but they (The titles) cover it all; Football, Baseball, skateboard, driving, first person shooters ect...pretty much everything.

Anyway, are these systems in demand right now or are the yesterdays news?

Thanks for any advice.

The systems are the latest greatest, but if the titles are that old, you might want to check what the going rate is on EBAY and gamestop.com.

Hence the pennies on the dollar price tag

THAT'S what I was wondering about.

A Lady friend of mine is a manager at Toys-R-Us and they're gonna let a BUTT-LOAD of these games out tomorrow at a 90% off marked price rate.  I looked some of the stuff over today and didn't see anything newer than '03 so I guess I'll check E-Bay (as was suggested) and see what they're doing there.

Thanks guys.

I would pass if it is only 90% off.
