Why is it when you are a kid you can live off of 3 hours of sleep and be ready for a full days of running around and playing. But as an adult the bed is such a nice place you don't want to leave it? Why didn't it work the other way around? Why not at a young age was sleep so great and at an old age you just want to get out of bed. |

I don't care who you are 8 hours of sleep a night is healthy and good for you. If everyone in the nation could do just two things to improve mental and physical well being. 1. 8 hours of sleep. 2 Drink more water. I swear I can remember the statistics, but something like 80% of americans are chronically dehydrated, and 75% are not getting enough sleep. ETA: I also think that too much sleep is bad for you. I have had myself on a strict 8 hours sleep schedule , no more no less. And 2 liters of water a day. And man I feel good. You might try it. |
