Isn't most of that toy stuff 37mm as opposed to 40mm? If so, yeah, you can buy and sell it. Some of it may require HAZMAT charges on shipping (don;t know this, just guessing). And this is just smoke and flares and that sort of stuff. They might even make bird bombs for them, but I'm unsure. |

People who own 40mm GLs buy the TP rounds. They aren't a DD in themselves. No tax, etc. for each round, like the HEDP, etc. People also reload them, using the spent cases, powder, and .38 blanks as the primers. Go here Ross |
