I made Firefox my default browser, but I have some important links (made into icons on my desktop) that don't work right with Firefox. I get an incompatible browser message that says to use IE. Is there any way to modify the link icons to open IE instead of Firefox? |

Right click on the link, choose properties. Highlight the link address, hit ctrl+C to copy. Close dialog box. Right click on desktop, choose new, shortcut. For command line use: "C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\IEXPLORE.EXE" http://url.com Include the quotes, and Ctrl+V paste the copied address in place of url.com above. Click next, name the shortcut and click finished. |
