[ARCHIVED THREAD] - Dell 1394a problem: please help

Bought a 1394a firewire card today for my Dell 2400. the system seems not to recognize it. Any suggestions??

I dont think a 386SX40MHz will recognize PCI cards...I am assuming your 1394 card is not ISA.
Need more info...
