| Just thought I would relay a merchant experience in an effort to save others anguish. I placed an order with ASPI Tactical on Dec 20, 2004. They charged my credit card immediately. However, I never received any other kind of confirmation or contact. It has now been 30 days. I have sent 3 emails which never received replies. In addition, I have tried to call at least 10 times. Every one of the times I called only to have no one answer the phone and their voice mail box to be full. I have finally given up and disputed the charge with my credit card company. In addition, I am filing complaints with better business bureau. Even though they have a slick web site with a lot of products, I would suggest that you add them to your black-list. Have others had issues with these guys too? |
| They're listed in the arfcom hall of shame. I've ordered stuff from them with no problems, but apparently others have not been so lucky. They frequent gun shows around here too. |

Reading the above and had to look twice to make sure it wasn't an old post of mine. Had the same thing happen to me, when ordering the luminox alarm clock last year. After a month, no clock and no word from them. Don't think I ever did get through to them on the phone. Disputed the charge with the CC company and had them reverse it. |
LOL...ASPI Tactical is #1 on the list of the Hall of Shame.  Thanks for the link. I was not aware of this resource. I will certaily consult this Hall of Shame list before I order from new vendors in the future. |
