Actually, that kind of penetration is the resut of the failings of OUR counter-intelligence people.

Which if you remember back to last weeks posts about Rumsfeld sending a investigator to inspect the whole US Military apparatus in Iraq, is probably why in the next few weeks/months several seinor officers in our military in Iraq will probably be sacked.
