When I try to upload a pic on Hunt101.com. It says, "The documen contains no data.". (That was using FireFox 1.0)  So I switch over to AOL and when I try to upload it says "The page you are looking for is currently unavailable....." So finally I try IE and it says "IE could not open the search page."

I am running a H, windows XP, with all kinds of Noryen Anti-virus/firewall BS. I have been running a Windows 98 with none of this Norten BS the is supposed to "help" you. for the last 5 years so I am completely stupid about this computer.

So WTF do I do?

Thanks for any help

That sounds like your TCP/IP settings are messed up.
Maybe your winsock.dll is missing or corrupted.
Yes it could be a virus.
Not enough info given for a meaningful answer.

I say give up. Nobody wants to see it anyways, so it's no big loss.

Its not a problem on their end because it works on my dads PC. I think its just some of the anti-virus software settings.

Its doesn't sound like a winsock problem to be if you can view secure web pages and regular web pages the winsock is ok! sounds like you need to ditch the symantec products.  i despise most the the symantec products includeing the antivirus and the internet security.  THey are way too problematic for customers.  i would recomend removing them from the add remove programs in the control pannel.  if they won't remove go to symantec page and search for removal tools.
here  is a winsock fix if you'd like to try http://www.spychecker.com/program/winsockxpfix.html
a couple other antivirus to try if you'd like
nod32
avast is free and works well
