Anyone get any information from the news lady who's email was in that video?  I wrote her and got no response at all.  Seems kinda asshatish to request people write for info on how to help and then refuse to answer the letters.  I wondered if anyone else got any info on this?

Reporters get a zillion emails.  It may not be reasonable to expect her to personally respond to your request.  Remember that reporters work on very short deadlines and and usually away from their office.

Got no problem with a non-personal reply but they ran this story as a Christmas help kinda thing and gave this ladies email as the contact person to get the details from.  If she's too busy to answer maybe they shouldn't put her email up on the screen as the person to talk to.

I was really touched by the story and would have liked to send something to help but I can't do that if I can't get the info on where to send it.

Sorry for those that didn't see the story, I don't have it handy here at work.
