Not my choice.

You know there is an uninsured, unregistered 72 LeSabre out there with a driver who has no license but has 2 outstanding warrants who is going to hit it in 2 months and then haul ass right?

Nice cars.  Dont expect to get a discount(but try your best and dont be affraid to walk out of the dealership).  The cars have $800 markup in them.

You must have a special macro button that supplies this exact message to anyone inquiring about a car.

i think the xB is kinda cool in its own way, for a different car.  Everything was looking the same, im glad a lot of car companies are going in the direction that theyre going.

It happened to me twice this year, each nice looking car hit twice.

Since its cold I get pain in my hand from it too, but they wont give me anything for it.

Get a cheap car, save the rest of the money or buy a MG.

I'm 21 and can't find anytime to go shoot. Plus none of my friends are really into it. My AR is just sitting in it's case waiting for the glory days to return
That being said I'm getting rid of my Ranger. My insurance for the TC will actually go down and my payments go up about $25 a month

I dont belive in buying a decent car anymore.

I got the money to fix both of mine, but Im not.

I've looked and looked, but nobody can touch this cars price for what you get. That and I looked at the service manual. Just oil changes every 5000 miles or 3 months for the life of your car. Nothing else. Easiest plan to keep your warrenty valid I have ever seen

Get a horse!  Er, I mean, get one of those spiffy electro-cars, the hybrid thingies, umm, a Prius.

My aunt has one.  Damn nice car.  55mpg highway, I think 43 city.

green ice cube with wheels.

21 and car payments is a waste of money.  you will pay an additional $5000 or more on that car in interest.  By the time you get to your last payment it will have 100,000 miles, will you want another new car then?  Will you start a life time of car payments paying upwards of $50K in interest alone?

Yea, I work with someone doing this.  They owe more then the car is worth too.

Funny thing is, if you've seen the new Land Rover LR3 (Discovery replacement) it looks like a bigger version of the Scion xB.  The details are a bit better since it costs 3X as much and it sits higher, but the shape and proportions are pretty much identical.

I don't mind the boxy look.  Rounded shapes are all starting to look too mini-van for my tastes.

I got a close up view of one and sat in it at an auto show last month.  It's actually a nice little car or so it seems.  One of those that is bigger on the inside than it looks on the outside.  Controls are laid out pretty well.  Decent leg room.  Rear seats recline and fold down.  Didn't drive it of course, so I can't sat how it handles.

Only things I didn't like about it are door doors only and no option for AWD.  But those are just my personal preferences.

I guarantee you can't.  I'm a manager of a Scion dealership and nobody gets a better deal.  I sold one to the VP of our copany.  He called Toyota HQ and was promptly informed that he had to pay whatever price the dealer sold the rest of its Scions for.  I even made him get on the same waiting list as the rest of my customers.

Want the best deal?  No problem... everybody gets it.

They're frickin' $12,000, or something like that.  WHat more do you want?  And 30+ mpg to boot.  I'm buying one with my income tax refund next year.

Believe me... these things are already underpriced by a good $3000.  You're getting a hell of a deal anyway.  Having an inside connection might at least make the wait shorter.  It shouldn't, but some dealers will do things like that.  Right now, most folks are waiting 4 to 8 weeks for the tC.

For what it is, it should be a good car.  Looks nice, and being from Toyota, I bet it will last like the energizer bunny.

Don't let the naysayers phase you.  You could go 200,000 miles on 10 gallons of gas with no mechanical problems, and they'd still try to shit on you.  To them, if it ain't a huge gas guzzling domestic pick'emup truck, it's crap.

Hogwash.

I drive an import and have no problems with it, and I don't care who doesn't like it.  It does what I need it to, looks good enough, and is powerful enough for me.   That's all that matters.

If that's the case then I will go to my parents house and start up the 83 Dodge Ram. That thing is a tank. I took out a lightpole when it was raining and only needed a new bumper. Those stupid cars won't stand a chance, but they sure could outrun me with the 10mpg it gets
