I like woodchuck and strongbow ciders. They're fermented so no need to add booze.

Everclear really has no taste, it shouldnt affect it much, I wouldnt think...... Ima open a jug quick, hold on.

Personally I like to add some Champagne yeast dump it in a carboy add and airlock and wait a couple of weeks.
