Buying real estate (it's kind of like a real-life game of Monopoly).  Also reading about the Civil War, working in the yard, and volunteering for the Elks Lodge.

And my big one is canoeing on the Colorado and Gunnison rivers - went just about every other weekend last summer.

I collect 17th century French poetry books and 16th century English landscape paintings
I play the harp with the city orchestra
I enjoy finding new restaurants that specialize in Japanese neo-classical style cooking
I write poetry in spanish for my wife and write string duet for my friends
I attend university for the pleasure of learning about central European butterfly population
Finally, I enjoy dringing cheap beers and chasing big booties at the local strip bar

I used to collect hobbies as a hobby...

Playing in bands, building scale models, camping, hunting, restoring furniture, reading history, building computers, collecting, gardening, ATV's, working on cars....etc.

That was before the money-sucking-vortex that is gun collecting took hold of me. Now, it's just sitting around wandering what I can ebay off to pay for more guns.
