One of my favorite beers that we brewed was an Cherry Oatmeal stout, but then you had to have 25lbs of fresh cherries. But it was sure tasty when it was done.

Are you an all grain brewer or are you using malt extracts? I used to brew some mighty tasty brews, but I gave it up due to lack of time. I just gave away all my brewing stuff and my keg system. I was up to a 15 gal brew pot made from a SS keg. Doing 10 gal. batches from all grain. Those were the days.

All grain, and a full boil.

I used to do the kits, and with great sucess. But now I like the freedom that you get when working from grains.
