I need a LCD TV around 40" wall mountable, with vga input and cable, for around $2000.  Any suggestions?

Thanks

There was a thread a while back today, covering the subject of LCD's, Plasma's and DLP's. I would reference it, but I'm too lazy to ga back and look for it. A short recap: Do your research before you buy. LCD's are NOT reliable yet. Plasma is going away soon. DLP is the best value.

Are you joking?  No way you can get it for anything close to $2000.  Most LCD TV's aren't anywhere near 40".  You'll pay a premium for an LCD of that size.

Got a Dell LCD, Not Impressed... Colorwise or detail. But its not getting HD signal, just regular and component dvd(which looks good) just not a big improvement. For that price you could not get a 40" regular projection TV of any decent brand...
