You have to have a net site like www.photobucket.com host the pictures for you.  Then post the URL of the picture with  tags around it.

Looks like you did th IMG tags correctly, but "javascript:parent.Ui.Dispatcher.routeEvent('id1',%20'idScrollableLayout16',%20'_drawIFrameContent')"  Is not a valid image URL like say "http://pic.qq68.com/P1/2004222121246d.jpg" would be.

You need to upload the image to a server that will host the image. You can't do that from your PC, really.

size of the image is the size of the image.  Zipping doesn't change the image, only compresses the files(s) for ease of handling.  When unzipped, the final image should be the same size you started with.

Use a program like photoshop, painthsop or Lveiw to resize the image. Lveiw is a little shareware app.
