 As most of you know, I'm disabled by a neck injury from a traffic accident.  I'd like to find some sort of exercise program that I can tolerate.  I do a 1-mile uphill walk several times a week, legs & lungs are fine.  Upper body strength is ZERO.  Any PT's, MD's or other specialists please comment, I'll check in periodically.  Thanks in advance.

I don't actually know much about this, but I'm wondering whether there might be some kinds of swimming that would be useful?  Maybe something to look into.

Just thinking out loud (and putting it btt).

Need more information on the extent of your disability,and specifically what you CAN do.

If you can do push ups,pull ups,and chair or bar dips you can start developing some upper body strength with that.
