They did a targeted strike on the command and control apparatus of an entire terrorist organization, over 2000 maimed or killed fighters for a pittance. THEN the surviving terrorists (and the remaining command and control) fell back on secondary coms of handheld radios(very easy to listen in too also I’d imagine). which was great because those were also bombs. Militarily it was like hitting the leadership of a rival army and the whole command and control apparatus. Then whacking the fallback crew. |
