I'm not exactly defending Bongoingioingo, but, play along here, he came in to make changes, but like Trump, he was getting roadblocked every time he turned a corner. Maybe he said Fuck it I'm out. I don't know all the b ack story on his exit or what all he did (or didn't) do. I've had roles before where I have identified roadblocks in the processes and would have made them much smoother and faster, but literally no one wanted them fixed, ultimately I was let go, for not being a 'team player'. Well, you brought me in to identify and fix problems, here they are... nope. We're Riff'ing some folks, here's your package. Fixing process issues is work, no one wanted to do it. |

I was not a fan of his before the FBI thing..always thought he was a blowhard and liked him even less when he took over the afternoon slot when Rush died.. but I am not willing to throw him under the bus for that...with all of the entrenched Leftists in these Agencies I can understand why he was not able to make drastic changes...or really any changes to things...without a massive sweeping purge of the problem people you are not going to right this ship overnight. We are seeing that in all of these Federal Agencies... |

It was embarrassing how popular he was prior to his short stint at the FBI. NYC cop, quit that job Secret Service, quit that job. Found out he could make money blabbing, IMO the only reason he took the FBI job was to gain more clout for his podcast. That gamble didn't pay off to well. I looked a couple months ago and it was ranked #115. Conan O'Brian's podcast was ranked #62  I called him out on this a couple times on X, he must have seen it because he's now blocked me

I listened to him regularly before he went to the FIB. I wanted to believe. I have not listened to one second since he came back on the air. Whether he was full of shit the whole time he was on his show or was constantly blocked from doing anything while at the FIB, I don't know. But I do know I don't feel like hearing him speak anymore. bad taste and all that. |
