I'd consider your group with an acog and CHF barrel pretty much perfect. I'm sure someone can cherry pick the best of 1,000, but what you have is great.
6 out of 10 hits on a human silhouette at 1000 yards with an M16A4 during a designated marksman course in the Army. Had to hold the 800 line of the BDC flush with the top of the target stand and hold about 8 feet right to compensate for the 10 or 12 mph winds.
