He took that information to the police, they didn't do anything. He talked to SLED, and they wouldn't even go out there. I know he's not the only one, but it pisses him off because he was in Afghanistan and Iraq on several occasions fighting them over there. Somebody in government knows the place is out there. They know that militants in Afghanistan came from there. But they won't do anything. That scares me. They know and they know it's connected to terrorists. I don't know if the government is afraid, or if they keep an eye on the place and can respond quickly to anything they do, or the worst , which is they know they'll do something at some point, but they aren't going to do anything until they attack people. Did you know about the Rock Hill and York SC stuff ? |

I, too, wonder about this. It's easy enough to stockpile a modest armory. Drones are another potential weapon. If they did strike, it would likely be against a soft target. Most likely in a blue place where the sheep gather, unaware. Some anti-2A zealots think this might galvanize the public to their cause; those people are mistaken. It would awaken the fence sitters about the nature of the enemy, and make them understand that the last defense against bad people are good people with arms. I don't wish for it. Nobody wants another Oct. 7, or a 9/11. But I could see it happening. |

I've lost touch with most of the people I used to know so I'm mostly relying on what open source info is available. It's crazy that there is generally more info available on Europe than here. I have very little respect for SLED under keels and local depts are severely hamstrung. ETA- I couldn't remember the name so I had to look it up, I'm probably on another list now. Holy islamville in York County, near Catawba Nuclear; founded by a Paki terrorist. There's one in Spartanburg too, although they deny the allegations. | Out of curiosity I just did a search to see if there was a mosque in Mobile. Surprised there are six and I don’t recall ever even seeing one. When I was a freshman at the University of South Alabama in the early eighties, I remember walking by a room in the student center and there were at least fifty of them in a room praying so I knew they were around, just didn’t know there were so many. Over the past few years I’ve seen a couple of areas where they seem to be congregating in, with restaurants and other small businesses. |
