I get up when I want to. Might be 0500, might not. This morning it was 0800. I do what I want (most of the time) all day. The only day I have a thing and time I do with regularity is Sunday morning, 0930 - church. The rest of the week I do whatever. I have only been to the place I used drive 5 days a week once in the last 11 years. |

I have a difficult time deciding if I want to go on a morning, mid-day or evening motorcycle ride. Then, (sigh......) I have to decide which dirt bike I am going to ride.  If it's easy to moderate trails - It's the 250cc dual sport. If it's moderate to difficult trails - It's the 125cc off road bike. (My property butts hard up against 8500 acre Doe Mtn Rec area.)  These are slow "Trials" type rides. Not "Let's see how fast I can go," type rides. I'm too old for that BS anymore. (65) I do not Bounce, nearly as well as I used to. It's more like a "Thud," I think I'm just going to lay here for awhile, type thing anymore.  If asked about what day something works better for me, I reply "Pick one." Life is good and God has Blessed me. |

Generally know what day it is as my wife works from home and my youngest is still in HS. However I no longer ever get the happy Friday feeling and the irritable Sunday feeling. Kind of miss the first one. I am just about as busy running operations part time for our two businesses and part time manager of the family ranch. I also retired five years ago at 46. |
| Got up this morning at 6 and went to the gym for several hours, went home and loaded my gear and went to the range for an hour and a half. .Went back home and reloaded 6 Mac 5 magazines and 8 Glock mags, cleaned the Mac 5, the Ruger RXM and the can. |

| I get annoyed when something breaks on a Sunday and all the local hardware places are closed, I root around my spare parts, glance at my phone and realize it Tuesday. So I drive to town buy a coffee and hit the hardware store, only then on my way home do I remember which bin/box/cabinet has spare toilet flapper. |

Im 6 years ahead on firewood. Cut split and dumped in IBC totes ready to bring to the house. Ive got a few years worth of logs to process we just hauled home this week. A neighbor is selling the farm and had a lot of dead ash trees to remove. |

Worked out took dog for a walk I took Church Van in for oil change and smog check today Changed a/c filter and made sure condensate drain was clear. took a nap around 1030 for 30 mins while I waited for wife went to korean bbq at 11 Got my tackle bag ready for a 2day trip coming up Took my reels for new leader Used chatgpt to find new washer and dryer About to sit down for dinner with wife before we head to sons church Tomorrow: clean a/c condenser pick up and spread some new mulch Blow off patio fertilize trees check and clear or correct drip system and sprinklers touch up paint on patio cover make sure patio tv clean prep smoker for saturday smoke Have some old fashions and cigars with son and his friends and my buddies on patio Sat go to beach with wife, Sun she goes home, I go fishing |
