Definitely not me though. SW Governor in 410/45acp/45lc. Not sure what use I have for it, yet, but I’ll think of something. Kind of an impulse buy, and it was only $500. He sold it to me, and I sold it shortly later. I don’t think he much cared for it, and I didn’t really have a use for one at that time. I always wondered if those could handle 410 slugs, but if they do 45LC anyway then I guess you already have a single projectile option out of it. 45 ACP is interesting. Is there such thing as a 410 bore breaching round, or is the round too small to handle that kind of thing? Aside from snakes and criminal waterfowl I could see a use for it as a small and light (compared to a 12ga SBS) breaching tool. |
| The 410/45 revolver is a neat concept, it’s just so damn chonky. For my snake killing needs, I just carry a J frame loaded with the 38 Special CCI shotshells in it when I’m in a boat or cleaning outdoor buildings. Being able to shoot 45 auto, 45 Colt, and 410 Bore all out of the same gun is cool as shit though. |

My father had one. Not sure where it ended up after he passed. It was more of a novelty. Stop killing snakes. If non-venomous, ignore. If venomous, move yourself or move the snake. I'm continuously shocked that many in GD grew up fatherless and clueless regarding snakes. |

Unlike him, I actually have enough restraint to spare the non-venomous ones. I’m not risking death or medical bills to relocate venomous ones though. They’re getting the shovel blade or shot shell treatment, no matter how much it makes people like you cry. |
