I just found out today my dads brother Dave was admitted to Allegheny General Hospital due to the fact that he had a heart attack. The details that I know are sketchy, but I understand one of the valves was seriously blocked. He had chest pains a day or two before, but thought they were just gas pains. I believe the heart attack happened today, but the family is running rampant and I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone. God bless him, I hope all goes well. Yesterday, my aunt Deb was admitted to the hospital due to her diabetic condition. Her blood sugar levels are always eratic, so they are going to be installing an insulin pump. From what I understand, yesterday at work she became extremely ill very fast and felt faint, so she went to the hospital. They pulled blood, and the blood sugar level was in the high 400's. That cannot be good, so they admitted her and she stayed the night. They released her today, but I believe she is feeling a bit better, but is just very tired. Please, send your prayers, they need them. |
