Probably been posted before, but I did a couple of searches and didn't find it. A local talk radio guy pointed this out yesterday. Kerry mentions Christopher Reeve in the debate last week. The next day he says that Christopher Reeve called him on saturday to thank him including bs lines like "I could hear the emotion in his voice". Christopher Reeve dies ... his family says he slipped into a coma on thursday and didn't wake up. If there was a thread on this here already, can you give me a link? couldn't find it with search. |

Yeah, I just searched around on the web one story says "Reeve fell into a coma Saturday after going into cardiac arrest while at his New York home, his publicist, Wesley Combs told The Associated Press Sunday night. His family was at his side at the time of death. " |
so I guess the question is, at what time did Kerry supposedly recieve the call and at what time did Reeve lapse into a coma. I personally think Kerry is fibbin just a bit on this one. |

Bill Frist pretty much hammered him on this. Telling paraplegics "John Kerry will make you walk again" is lowest of the low. Frist also said ALL the current treatments for spinal cord injuries use ADULT stem cells, and that it would be 20-30 years MINIMUM before any treatment has ANY chance of helping a Reeves-type injury. NOT that the Socialist media carried the news story. |
