A crowded qat market in Ras al-Arah, near Bab al-Mandab, was hit by a large explosion today. Southern government sources point to a Houthi ballistic missile. Other accounts blame a Saudi airstrike. No casualties in initial reports. Weapon type and perpetrator remain unconfirmed.
