So I want an avatar, how do I get one made from a pic?

this is what I want: I want the sign that says "Assault Weapons Man" as my avatar

Also, I have no Idea how to change my avatar, so advice will be appreciated!

It is something like go to the photo server, log in, and it will come up.

to change the avater, click on the photo server button at the top under im messages
click avatar pic towards the top left
then browse to the pic on your computer and click upload
