Most CN suppliers offers re-ship. Pctzone and pct247 offer reship on actual medicine. If you go to a less well known Indian supplier, generally no reship, but 1/10th to 1/3 the prices on PCTzone across the board.

I was more concerned about a potential second seizure and US Customs coming after me.

Am I just being paranoid?

Also, the supplier I used was Indian.

KLOW contains GHK-Cu, which is known to cause a blue tint.

Likely, the copper interaction.

I am going to reconstitute with 3ml of Hospira so that 10 units =1mg  (keep it simple stupid).
I was wondering, In the peptides that are a lot more volume do they come in a bigger bottle such as KLOW comes in 80mg if I wanted to mix that so 10units =1mg I would need 8ml of water , that definitely wouldn't fit in a 3ml bottle.

Thanks to everyone in this thread for all the advice and direction. my Dr. charges me 200$ for 12mg of Reta and 10 syringes. This 100$ order alone will save me 900$.

I am on 6mg of Reta now after two months and I reconstitute a 30mg vial with 1.5ml so that each unit is double the first number. 10u is 2mg, 20u is 4mg, etc.  It works great for me and that’s what the people who are doing higher doses are usually doing to keep injection volume lower.
OK, see you later, Redcoat…

Seizures are rare and generally random. Not much to worry about with personal use quantities. Do not order anything controlled that is used recreationally unless you actually want a real problem. I'm not talking PEDs.

Order now and stack deep.  Reta powder lasts a long time (24+ months) stashed in a dark freezer.

ETA- Light, I think sunlight, (but I could be wrong, somebody please correct me if regular house lights will degrade it,) and heat are bad. It is VERY sensitive. So sensitive that you are supposed to angle the needle and dribble the BAC water instead of it directly hitting the powder and then slowly roll the vial horizontally. Never shake it to reconstitute.

Correct. From Google:

GHK-Cu is blue because of a chemical bond between the GHK tripeptide and copper(II) ions. This copper-peptide complex absorbs orange and red light while reflecting blue light, giving it a natural cerulean color without any artificial dyes.

Also, 5-Amino-1mq is yellow or orange depending on whether it was produced using iodide or chloride salts.

Not many compounds will come in vials bigger than 3mL...I know NAD+ can come in 5mL and 10mL vials for their 500mg and 1000mg weights.

As for KLOW, that 80mg is the total weight of all 4 compounds, 50/10/10/10, with GHK-Cu being that most at 50mg. You base your dilution on the dosage of each individual compound, usually favoring one as your limiting factor...in this case I believe it's GHK @ 2.5mg a dose, which puts the BPC/TB/KPV at 0.5mg (500mcg) ((yes, I know that's light on the TB-500)).  I ran this through a pen with 3mL of BAC, and the injection comes out to 15u daily.

Basically none of this is true.

Peptides will last decades in a freezer. They are not fragile by any means.

My reconstitution water got sucked into my vial I presume that won't be too big of an issue... for Reta. It didn't go in a controlled manner that's for sure lol

But 1mg of Reta now injected woohoo

Oh, yeah...someone should have warned you about the vacuum. .  No, it really shouldn't be an issue though.

The whole notion of "gentle" reconstitution was a bit alien for me in Emergency Medicine...we slap the shit out of Solumedrol and Glucagon.

Wow, that was a great video!  I knew the powder would last a long time in the freezer, but decades is wild. It is good to know that the shaking and injecting BAC directly onto the powder will not hurt it.  I did not catch anywhere in that video where he addressed sunlight or temperature effects on reconstituted peptides.  Did I miss that part?

Does anyone know the half life or degradation of Reta after its been reconstituted  ?  I want to stack some deep and at the dosage I'm taking a 60mg vial will last me 5 months. Will a reconstituted vial of Reta last 5 months if kept in a dark case in the fridge?

I read a recent study on reconstituted bpc157 where after 3 months its quality degraded quite a bit from 99% to like 88% stored in the fridge  and  was A LOT worse if not stored in the fridge from 99% to 81%

Tirz is very hardy, not much data out on reta but GLPs are generally quite durable. Worst case you can ramp your dose if you notice the efficacy is dropping from say month 3 onward...then be careful to go back to your previous dose when cracking a fresh vial just in case it wasn't tolerance.

Anyone on Reta get any unintended benefits from taking it?  I am metabolically healthy, good weight, eat good and clean. I know semaglutide has been linked to cartilage regeneration as they have done studies on it, I think trizepatide might be too. I haven’t seen that the researchers have a great understanding of the mechanisms behind the joint and cartilage benefits and to my knowledge they’ve only done a study with semaglutide. Does anyone else know of deeper dives of GLP1 cartilage regeneration/growth?  I am curious about Reta for an occasional cycle because I don’t really need any appetite suppression or slowed digestion, I was pondering occasional low dose cycles could provide a little joint refreshing if the GLP1 portion of the drug works the same.

I had meniscus surgery 2 years ago and it’s hurt ever since - right up until I started Reta 2-3 months ago. My knee started to feel better almost immediately. Then I added KLOW and took it for 2 months and my knee is even better. Not 100%, but pretty close.

So much so that I’m going to try larger doses of BPC and TB500 next. Possibly with Cartalax and ARA-290 just to throw the kitchen sink at it.

Epithalon, BPC, and Tesamorelin are really intriguing, especially the Epithalon for the telomere elongation it showed in animal lab trials. However, telomerase modification can also aid cancer development, so it makes me cautious.

I’m still debating on whether to pull the trigger or not.

So what are some other good peptides to consider with real science behind them? Reta seems like a slam dunk drug and the more I learn the more unbelievable it seems to be. What else is out there?

My short list:
- NAD+
- TB500/BPC157 (I might skip this due to cancer risks although they seem to be unfounded)

I would say the 3 best things you can take for overall health and fitness is Testosterone - enough to be in the upper end of the reference range, Retatrutide, and a growth hormone releasing hormone  - specifically CJC-1295 or Tesamorelin, and Ipamorelin to complement whichever of the first two you pick.

I took Sermorelin off and on for several years through an absurdly overpriced compounding pharmacy but never felt like it did anything for me. It may have helped a nagging shoulder injury but it’s hard for me to say since I was taking other things at the time. A few weeks ago I started Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin and the very first night I slept better than I had in a long time. And it’s continued each subsequent night. I’m sleeping around 6 hours, waking up in my own without an alarm, and feel better than before taking it with 8+ hours of sleep. Just as a test, my son and brother are both using CJC/Ipa and are experiencing the same drastic improvement in their sleep quality.

I also am a believer in GHK-Cu. My wife started first with that and after 8 weeks her skin looked radically better. She actually did Glow for 25 days, then Klow. She is in her 40’s with multiple auto-immune diseases and tries all sorts of skin care products and nothing has worked like Glow/Klow did for her. We assume it’s the GHK-Cu so she is switching to that next to see if she gets the same benefits without the add-ons in the blends.

I would be more worried about any bacterial growth after 6–8 weeks. If that vial is cloudy or has floaters in it, discard it.
Can I ask why you went with such a large vial?

Haven't bought any 60mg yet. I want to stack deep and the 60mg is the least expensive way. If you are dosing in the 8-12 mg range a 60mg vial  wouldn't be an issue, you would burn through it in under 2 months.  At my current level of 3mg it would take me 5 months to use up one vial. I'll probably just stick to 30mgs for less chance of deterioration weather bacterial or pep quality

Thank you both for your thoughts. This is really interesting. I feel with Reta I don't have to do any major work to benefit from it, but with Test I cross the frontier of needing frequent blood work, hcg and other PCT efforts to come off it, heart and liver issues potentially

Tesamorelin seemed interesting too but I read that it's similar to test in that you need blood work

I think test is interesting but I don't want to use it yet - I wanna lose weight and see where I land

If your testosterone is not optimized it’s probably one of the biggest levers you can pull for quality of life improvement. Most of the side effects are from larger, less frequent doses or going way beyond the upper limit of the “normal” reference range. I take small, daily injections and don’t have any issues. I do labs a few times a year through my urologist, but that’s more for him than me since I’ve been taking it for nearly 15 years straight.

The growth hormone releasing hormones don’t require blood work. It’s just suggested to confirm they are actually working for you. For example, if your normal IGF level is 150 and after a month or two of Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin your IGF levels come back higher, say over 200 in this example, than you know your system is capable of benefiting from that category of peptide. But if you take it and immediately sleep better and objectively see/feel improvements than who cares what your serum IGF levels are?

I would add that if you use any GH secretagouges, or anything that affects GH, to keep an eye on your glucose and A1C.  Growth hormone and insulin have a relationship where one typically goes up and the other down or vice versa.  There are some anecdotal reports that Tesamorelin doesnt have adverse effects on insulin sensitivity, but any report like that is not likely to be accurate.  Anything that increases GH output, whether its through a natural process like boosting GHRH or not, will affect insulin.  If youre prediabetic or it runs in your family, get the at-home A1C kits and do monthly checks while you use the secretagouges.  A1C is often said to represent the last 3 months of glucose management, but the truth is its heavily weighted towards the last 30 days.

Frankly, anyone using those peptides should monitor glucose.  Not that its a huge problem, but it can be if your genetics dont play nicely.

This is just my opinion, but I wanted to add to this. For anyone using any of these peptides to lose weight, if you are over fat (say above 15%-18% body fat or so) you shouldn't be eating more than 100 grams of carbs a day or so.  Once at the desired body fat percentage it might be acceptable to add in more, but at an amount indicated for how much activity you are doing that requires fast fuel.

Not trying to be a dick, but I don't think I can agree with this. It's the complete opposite of my experience on reta. Reta fixed my insulin resistance and my tolerance for carbs in my diet went way up. This had a huge positive effect on my efforts in the gym, and my weight loss results were great. Of course everyone's experiences can differ, but just my $0.02. FWIW, I generally maintain around 12% body fat now, depending on training goals.

What I read about Reta is it actually seems to work better if you have more carbs

I think the point he was getting at is sound, but highly specific to the individual.  He referenced people over 18 percent body fat, which naturally has a high concurrance with insulin resistance.  If you are insulin resistant, then yes, cutting carbohydrate intake is a no-brainer.

120 (net) carbs a day and lots of exercise got my A1C down to 5.2 in 9 months from my T2D level at diagnosis of 12.2.  This was accompanied with significant weight loss, of course, but no pharmacological assistance.

Now that I use retatrutide, the glucose "clamping" effect during my runs is wild, causing a dive to 60ish mg/dl within 10-15 minutes.  Therefore, I can assure you that at least in my study of one person, retatrutide has forced increased carb intake, the opposite of how i used to fuel runs under 10 miles.  My average carb intake is up to 200g a day now, and my weekly mileage is floating around 30 mpw.  As i ramp up for next spring's race season, ill increase carbohydrate intake for as long as I stay on reta, probably 25g more per day, per extra 10 miles per week, maxing out at 60 mpw.  Fueling mid run is equally important for me currently.  The weight training is far easier to fuel for.  If your glycogen stores are filled up, there is no weight training a normal man will do that will require mid-session fueling.  Maybe Crossfit or hyrox or whatever, but not picking things up and putting them down.

So yeah, very individual.  Refilling glycogen stores is 90 percent of what carb intake is used for if you work out while taking reta.  After YOU determine your personal quantity of carbs you need to fuel endurance, you can pretty much extrapolate where the limit is before you have problems with glucose disposal.

To the previous gentleman's point -- if youre overfat (where i still consider myself at 5'9" / 174 lbs, mild build) and suspect or know you are insulin resistant, being conservative with carbs at the risk of occasional workout energy crashes is still the healthier approach.  Less load on the whole glucose mechanism and disposal system over time leads to increased insulin sensitivity.  That should be goal one.

You are part of what is estimated to be less than 2% of the U.S. population at that body fat percentage. I'm specifically talking about the 98% that don't need the carbohydrates because they are overfat. Someone has already commented after you that they've read or heard influencers say people "need" carbohydrates when taking Retatrutide, which to my knowledge is not backed in any of the trials completed to date. The average overfat person hears that and believes they have to eat carbs because someone on Instagram said so, and then will be disappointed months later wondering why they are still overfat after months of taking something like Retatrutide.

This is another personal opinion of mine, but I believe carbs are earned. You have clearly earned them given your body fat and activity level. For the record, I do eat carbs. I'm not an endurance athlete so I try to keep my carbs under 100 grams a day when dieting down and will go over if trying to add lean mass when I'm otherwise at the appropriate level of body fat.

Can someone message me a good/inexpensive source for Tirz or Reta? Ive been using Nexaph and they are good, but there has to be a cheaper option. Looks like I can send bitcoin through Cashapp so Im looking for the better option while Im off work for the week.

You're assuming I started my weight loss with reta at that low body fat. I didn't. I've achieved that low body fat consuming a good amount of carbs while losing significant weight using reta (along with sensible eating and hard work in the gym ).

I've done the whole low carb thing for years prior to starting reta because my insulin sensitivity was screwed up. My experience was the my weight loss and muscle retention both improved when I stopped doing ultra low carb in conjunction with reta. Anecdotally I've heard similar things from others.

I did state in my original post that individual response may vary, but I do stand by the assertion that staying very low carb while using reta is not universally good advice.

Kinda wild to think of 18%BF as "fat" by any stretch of the imagination in today's society. Hell, at 18% most people can start to see at least a little ab poking out if they stand right. A lot of people that say they're 10% and honestly believe it are waaaay closer to 18 than 10. 10's pretty damn lean.

ETA I do agree with you on the carbs and reta. I used it for a low dose for a while like a scalpel. Ate right, trained appropriately, and fat absolutely melted off me. By the time I dropped that and went into bulking my mom was in town visiting the family and told me I looked like an Auschwitz survivor. Kinda pissed me off actually

In November, 2024, I weighed about 245#.  I started Tirzepatide the week of Thanksgiving with a goal of getting to 190#.  I was originally buying it compounded, but figured
out I was getting screwed and switched to gray.  Late last year I switched to Retatrutide.  Today I weigh 190#.

The problem is that I still have fat around the middle.  I would like to see my abs again.  I'm 58yo, so I know that probably figures into it.  I want to lose that, so I will continue to take Reta.

Once that is gone, do I keep taking it?
I love a good double entendre.

Cashapp will shut down your account the first or second time you send it to a peptide wholesale place. To maintain access to your Cashapp "on ramp", you send from Cashapp to an Exodus wallet, and from there to the final place. Do not send crypto from a KYC account to a seller. Always use non-KYC self-custody wallet as intermediary.

Is there a post in this thread with a list of trusted sellers? I see ones advertising on Reddit, but I’d prefer a GD’ers recommendation.

As a side note, take a rabbit hole dive and understand KYC regulations if you ever get bored. (Camel knows his shit FYI).
Crypto was originally designed without KYC but the modern mainstream applications from banks/big names/etc all have to fall into certain regulations. He speaks the truth here on the nonKYC self custody wallet stuff
