They sent me an email stating some of their equipment had been corrupted and that some of the albums were lost, including mine. Since I've paid for their premium account, they offered my choice of a $$ refund or 3 months additional service for free.

Shit happens. They apologized for the occurence and offered to make it right. Can't really ask for more than that.

I took the 3 mos. add'l service and I've no complaints.
