Which AR sights do you have? Iron, Optical, electronic, on the fixed handle or flat top, Why did you choose them? Right now I just have iron sight on my bushmaster but was thinking about a electronic sight. [sniper] |

Right now I just have iron sight on my bushmaster but was thinking about a electronic sight. [sniper] Fixed Handle, A1 sights, with a Ashely Outdoors same plane rear aperture. Plus my Reflex mounted with the Rx10 carryhandle mount (so the Reflex is mounted inline with the iron sights). |

Quoted: Which AR sights do you have? Iron, Optical, electronic, [sniper] Well, what AR do you have?? I think the best thing out there for electronic sights out there is the reflex II. I've got one, and love it. For my m4gery, I have flip up front and rear iron sights. I'll probaly get an ACOG or other fixed 5x scope eventually with quick detach rings. Options. Options. For a 20" HBAR battle rifle, I would recommend match iron sights. For a varminter, I'd recommend a flattop with a scope. Which sights is determined by what your intended use is. |

On my 20" std rifle I have A2 sights On my 24" I have a scope mount on my carry handle and a Simmons White Tail Classic 3.5-10x40WA scope. On my Dissipator I have use the A2 sights and have a Tasco ProPoint3 mounted in front of the carry handle. (This is my favorite setup) The 16" carbine has plain A2 sights, I bought the Dissipator upper to replace this upper, but didn't have the heart to let go of this old friend. I have the flat-top 20" Bushmaster, I was going to put a scope on it, but never did. I do have an A1 upper, but need to rebarrel it to a post ban. OSA |
