That sums me up pretty close. 65 pounds since last fall, a very large part of that in june/july. I *have* been working out....and can almost see a little definition, here and there.
This was my previous shape, and should have been a poll choice. edit: 6'0", 202 pounds. |

I am not a Greek god, but I run 2.5 miles or bike 10miles four nights a week. Been doing this for a little over 2 1/2 yrs now. I can run the 2.5 miles in under 15min, but usually average about 18-20. I use to do it in under 14min. I would still like to lose 10lbs. I'm 6'3" and weigh @195. My wife would like it if I worked on my upper body.

i'm fucking ripped right now. my current lines: Sierra: "Excuse me, do you have a dictionary? Biznitch: "No, why do you need a dictionary?" Sierra: [flexes bicep] "For all this definition." or Sierra: "Do you have a band-aid?" Biznitch: "No, I'm sorry. What happened?" Sierra: [flexes bicep] "I don't know, but i'm cut." |

I'm pear shaped. LOL. Nah, I'm actually in pretty decent physical condition. I'm 5'11" and weight 175. I'm now 27 years old and have been able to maintain this weight pretty much since graduating high school. But I've noticed I've had to work much harder lately to keep it that way. Still, I enjoy walking and working out, so it's no biggie. |

Not good shape. Blood preasure 176 over 112, triglycerides at 1350. Having frequent chest pains. Doctor says I am a walking dead man, and could go any minute. Fuck him, I'll dance on his grave. (but only if he is hit by a bus soon) LOL "waddaya wanna do, .... live forever?" Don't worry though, when the big one comes, I'll be sure to make one last post (just before I go) just to give fineswine the finger one last time. Juggernaut-ish. ex- NFL Lineman -like. String of semi-major injuries. Screws in left knee. Plate and screws in right leg / ankle. Crushed left hand. Ruptured disk in lower back. bone ridge ground out of shoulder. whoever came up with 'It's not the years, it's the mileage' is a fucking genius. And I'll STILL take any three XBox-addicts. I run my squad around 18 miles a week, we hit the gym (at PT) at least twice a week, combatives (Jiu Jitsu) three times a week and extra time in the morning on Thursdays, we do lots of the standard stuff plus: Medicine Ball PT, Boxing, swimming, flexibilty training and a lot of extra time in the gym. I also give them stuff to break up the monotony, urban orienteering courses (usually in full kit), shoot-and-move runs (where they run with rubber ducks in squad/team formations) and what I call "Body Bag PT" where each team of five guys runs about six miles with a fully-loaded duffle bag on a pole-less litter. This goeas a lot easier if they place bets to see who wins, winner gets wings and beer at Hooters, bets are unofficial of course These guys are in great shape, most of them could run a deer to the ground and strangle it to death. And I'm their first-line supervisor. The shape I'm in? I ran the Tiberius Marathon on my first MFO tour, addicted ever since. Yeah, I'm a fitness nut. |
So hun, how are you don' it? I started about 8 weeks ago, and am down 25 with a bunch more to go - 2 pounds a week until next June (that'll keep 'em busy counting on thier toes Since my accident, I got lazy, but I'm starting to walk about a mile (more than usual) at a good pace every day, and the new job has a work out room next to my office, so I go in there and do the weights every other day. But then again, I'm not ever weight, I'm just undertall... Good luck with finishing up the last 15. |

i was in better than average shape aerobics wise. I used to do alot of biking, hiking, etc. But since I lost the entire summer due to Lyme Disease, my condition has gone to shit. Hard to bike or walk far when yoour joints hurt and you have no energy. As for muscular condition, about average, I'd say. |

Big guy with a decent amount of muscle but a lot more fat, so I marked lardass. I've been working out and am back on atkins again. I'm not really losing lbs, but I am replacing fat with muscle and my overall dimensions are slimming down. My legs are showing definition I haven't seen since high school and I'm just about as strong as I was when I was constantly working out as a school athlete. My arms are getting bigger slowly but surely. Unfortunately the fat around my middle doesn't seem to be going anywhere. I guess when the fat on my legs and arms is gone it'll start coming off there too. Remember the Alamo, and God Bless Texas... |

Sometimes it isn't about a sit-up or push-up contest. It is how much fight and skill that is in the dog. Last weekend I put up a 12x32' patio cover extension, complete with wood beams, sheathing, roll felt, 30 year shingles (loaded the roof too), complete with paint, in a day in a half. This was with a fresh work-injured knee, AZ heat max. of 103 degrees F. This dog still hunts. |
