| I did some thinking about this, but it seems to me that if there were less weapons in legal ownership, there would be more on the black markert, since the total number of weapons is relatively stable (they don't just get miraculously destroyed, usually only resold) According to Econ 101, when the volume increases and demand stays stable, then prices drop, thus allowing those in the black market to purchase more with the same amount of resources. |
