I just got a new XBOX, and was wondering if you can copy and burn the games with a CDR or is it DVD? ANybody have any advice on it? I also heard you can copy games to the XBOX hard drive. Anybody have instructions for a non techno geek person? |

You cannot "legally" copy the games. They will copy - aka burn - but they will be missing essential data that tells your xbox to actually play the game. If you are wanting to make legal 'backup' copies of you games for lawful purposes then do a search on google for modded xbox. Once you have a modded xbox, you are not allowed to play online on xbox live, because it is not permitted. If you attempt to do so, you will be banned and god knows what else. With how cheap the used games are, it is frankly too much trouble and cost to try to do such a thing, and I would advise against it. It is more trouble than it is worth. To me anyway. |
