Well, I took the class and got my certificate 2 Sundays ago, and I went and got my passport photos on Friday. So today, I finally went down to the Macomb County Clerk's Office and paid my $105 and applied for my CCW. They sent me over to the Jail to get finger printed and they told me I would be the gun board would be contacting me in 5 weeks to 3 months with the date for my hearing. After that I get to appear before the gun board, and after they vote, I get my CCW. I'm glad I live in a "Shall Issue" state!  Fortunately, I won't have to go through this again for 5 years! |
