| Recently I posted a topic about getting a good single shot 12 ga for hunting out at my place, as I didn't want to spend a lot. I figured maybe 100 bucks plus tax. So today I am in Academy Sports and Outdoors and I see a new Mossburg Maverick(I think, model 88) pump shotty, 28 inch barrel mod. choke for 137.00. Well wtf? I bought it. Looks like a good deal. I dunno, maybe some of you have one and can tell me if I bought a turd or not. I won't use it for much other than an occassional hunt and busting clays. (rarely). |
