The Delta part of the Airport isn't bad.......

That's about all I can say....

Because that's the only part of Atlanta I have ever seen.

It's hot.  Lots of Black kids moving there.  Zell Miller.  Has more fiber optic cable ran than any city in the east.

The city is not bad - but getting into it is.

The Thrashers kick butt, if you like Hockey(The Greatest Sport on Earth) you'll have a good team to cheer for. Stone Mt. is near by, very nice park with a lot of history.  I can think of alot worse places to live.

Atlanta is a BIG place.  Like any big city, it has good parts and bad parts.  The metro area school system sucks.  Traffic is terrible in a lot of places.  For the most part we have excellent job and real estate markets.  Taxes aren't too bad and cost of living is very affordable.

It is hot, but not too bad IMO.  Very mild winters.

Overall I like Georgia very much.  I live about 65-70 miles north of downtown Atlanta though.

Nice place to visit, but I wouldnt want to move there.  Traffic is pretty heavy, but still flows surprisingly well most of the time.
