Does anyone know of or has used any good logo creator software ? I'm looking to design a logo for a new business . My OS is XP .

most of us that do such for money use photoshop or illustrator.

Try this company: Alchemy Mindworks, I have their screen saver construction kit and it was pretty easy to use. I also used a trial version of their gif software and it was pretty easy from what I recall.  I have their Ultimate Screen Clock that is shareware and book ware, sets your system clock to the USNA time.

Friends don't let friends use logo software for their businesses.

Slidestop, there are a bunch of designers on Arfcom... I know money may be tight but I jumped in on the Tactical Solution contest he had a while back just for the hey of it and the prize was only like $100 IIRC. I bill $80+/hr when I freelance. I did it for fun. And no, I didn't win.

Have a little contest. A couple of AR mags as the prize or something. You'll get good, usable stuff.

Thanks for the tip . Thats a good idea.  I'll have to think about what it is im looking for in a logo . Than go from there.  Thanks Macman
