Like many of my purchases, I'd been looking at a few Blue Force Gear pouches for a year or so. I finally decided screw it and ordered them; shipping was quick and everything looks great. I bought- -single and double pistol mag pouches -single and double AR mag pouches -the Boo Boo pouch I carry a Glock 48 OWB in a Bravo Concealment paddle holster and mag pouch with belt loops. I like the holster but felt the mag pouch was too big for a single pouch. This double BFG pouch is the same size as the single BC pouch and much tighter to my body. Even with two mags it felt lighter than the single mag BFG pouch as I went about my errands. Attached File Attached File I don't have a use, yet, for the rifle mag pouches so I put the double mag pouch on the sling of my primary AR. You could also run the single pouch vertically. I'm a sucker for a general use belt pouch so that's why I bought the Boo Boo pouch.  Attached File Both G48 and G17 mags fit tightly in the pistol mag pouches. I would not carry a Glock stick in it though. "Rimlock" might be an issue in the pistol double mag pouches while inserting them but I had no issues drawing a magazine. Attached File So, what doesn't fit? I'd considered the single AR mag pouch as a possible phone holder but my phone (the Motorola E4+ in a slim case responsible for my awful photos) is just slightly too big. A large head 18650 flashlight, like a Streamlight Polytac, doesn't fit head down into the pistol mag pouches. There are interior loops in the Boo Boo pouch but they are very tight; it's also likely too short for most tail click 18650 flashlights. I also was curious as to how the straps work and how well retention would be. The bottom, velcro horizontal strap has velcro inside and you cannot thread through it and back under. Simply hooking the straps through the horizontal straps, as shown above, seems to provide plenty of strength without using the velcro. I don't think I'll be able to thread them over a belt with a magazine inside, which was something I had hoped for (say, to remove or put back on after visiting a GFZ). I like'em, check them out if you need a new pouch!
