Im dealing with an insurance company about ym car accident. Its been 2 months and they still havent paid me for repairs or medical bills. They say they still havent got a copy of the accident report. I went by local PD and they said it wasnt available yet. How can I get the insurance company to do something. |
Im going to try going down there, Im starting to think state patrol has it instead since local hasnt got it, and state patrol was also on the seen. According to insurance company they have asked for it from both, Im wondering if that true of they are trying to pull a fastone. |
| Two months is an incredibly long time for a complaint to remain open. You should have found out a long time ago which agency was the investigating agency. Didn't you have a case number, business card of investigating officer, etc? Is the other party still hospitalized or is there some reason the case would still be open? |

Well I finally got my check for the car. I just need my parts to come in now. I still havent gotten medical bill money out of them yet. I told the hospital Im still working with the insurance company to get it, after they called and woke me up at noon, I was pissed about that. |

Update. Well they paid me my money. But I had doctor bills from when my hand got hurt, its better now. They had not sent payment for the medical bills yet (about $1000) I call them yasterday after getting a notice medical place will send me to collections. Insurance company is giving me $2200 for bills and what I dont have to spend on the bills I get to keep. |
