Does your ISP account include some webspace? Many do.

I had my personal website spread out over about 5 or 6 geocities accounts... it became such a PITA that I finally broke down and paid for hosting with 1&1.... it's been smoothe sailing ever since.

Edit: Good iead for a new thread though.
