I live in the sticks and my favorite FM radio stations are a little fuzzy at times. Anybody out there know of something I can get to bring in a stronger signal without getting too elaborate? Thanks!

Without delving too deeply into radio propagation and reception theory, you can always get an amplifying FM antenna.  Those antennas that come with most radios are meant to recieve a broad band of Freq's and because of that they are like a swiss army knife, they perform many tasks but not as well as a dedicated tool.  The external tunable antennas available at Wal-mart have seperate methods of tuning in both VHF and UHF signals so you should get a clearer signal out of it.  And if all else fails, clip a wire to the end, extending the antenna length.  If there is a specific frequency you are trying to recieve, I can give you the length of antenna you need.

Do you have a TV aerial antenna?  If so, attach a signal splitter that splits off the FM freqs.  Run a line from that to your antenna inputs on the FM receiver.
Try turning your FM radio to orient its internal antenna with respect to the point of origin of the signal.  Trial and error.
