I ordered a basic G2 off Surefire's website last Monday. I recieved a confermation email. but a week later the order status on their website still says "WAITING TO SHIP". I have not recieved any other emails. I emailed them yesterday and asked then what is going on with my order and I have not recieved a responce yet. Is their service always this bad? Or did I just get lucky. |

The problem with ordering fro internet or other discounting retailers is that unless SureFire has changed their poicy, they are going to put a stop to sales to those vendors. In other words, they're gonna fix the price at full retail and force you to order direct. They couldn't be bothered to give me the honor of even a cursory email to my inquiry, either, so I guess they just don't give a shit or are embarrassed to admit they are price fixing, and I'll have to accept what the guys I ususally order form are telling me. Sucks, because I love their product, but I'll not be buying anymore of them unless they change that policy. The one time I ordered direct it took about three weeks. SG |
