| Here is my plan/problem. I have been building and plan on continuing to build an AR for my son until he turns 18 and then transfer them all to him on his 18th birthday. Here is the problem, I recently got 3 more lowers with two of them having matching numbers (ie:xxx-x01 and xxx-x02). For the build of these I want to make them identical except for the caliber. Unfortunately the lowers ar AR-15 based so it will have to be based off of that. I am looking for ideas of what to build next. I wouldnt mind doing one gun in burnt bronze or FDE and the other in Olive. Here is what I have going for him for right now. . 223 piston driven 16", 223 wylde 16", 300 blackout 16", 300 blackout 7" pistol, 458 socom. Would like to keep each build under 600-700 minus the lower and scope. So far I have been happy with the rise drop in triggers but willing to try something else. I plan on piecing them together over the next few months. Any links or places that have great deals would be great. Thank you! |
