Its gotta be a conspiracy - one with 111 posts and the other with 888 posts. This is actually code language, isn't it? You're plotting the overthrow of the board, right? Or is this a hit? A marker is the mark, right? Skammy is the contractor supplying the assassin gear and the mark's initials are PB, right? Maybe my imagination is on overdrive tonight, don't mind me. |

First thing, buy a great mask. Not a good one. A great one. "Thermal" is the magic word. It has a second lens that keeps it from fogging a little like a double pane window. You can't play if you can't see. I have glasses, I know. An internal fan helps sometimes too. These can be bought afterwards if needed. http://www.actionvillage.com/paintball.html (this is my favorite currently) I shoot a PMI Pirana. It is cheap($100 new), reliable, and extremely easy to clean, repair, and modify. Yes, all three will be done with all markers. Count on it. If you want my $.02 and money is not the biggest concern buy a pirana and get a Freak System(@$200)and an HPA system(compressed air) for it. You can then shoot damn near any size paint from any field on any day through that thing. Good paint makes as big a diff as the barrel. Prolly more so. Consistancy and concentricity are the keys to accuracy. Cheap balls can suck but once in a while you will find a good batch of cheap stuff that works great. Don't store paint like ammo. It doesn't keep for more than a few short months. Use it or lose it. Get a wire squegee/swab and a strait shot model. Get a lanyard for the strait shot. skip the holster. Buy a parts kit for the gun no matter what brand/model. You will need it. Buy lots of O-rings. Get some oil too. If you want more advice email me. More that happy to help. Welcome to the sport. PS- get a cup and a neck gaurd. You will thank me later. |
