When I go to the TOOLS and then press for Internet Options I get this message.

This operation has been cancelled due to restrictions in effect on this computer. Please contact your system administrator.

It is Windows XP-Home System. I never had a problem before and I am the administrator in the accounts section.

If you have installed spybot search and destroy, uninstall it.

Thank You It was the Spy Bot I unchecked the last 3 items and am back in...You guys are great.
