FWIW Milano who is handling the S&W rebates does not answer their phone, voice mail box is full, nor does their website respond when your info is entered.
I called S&W and waited approximately 20 minutes for customer service to respond. They told me my Shield rebate check was cut and it would take 8 to 15 days for it to get out of the Bulk Mail Center and reach my home address. It has been since May 28th when I filled it out online. My 2.0 rebate, filled out on July 5, does not show. According to S&W CA, it has not had time to enter the system. They are overwhelmed so have patience. It may take up to 10-12 weeks before you receive the rebates. |
