Roger, Rick, or Dave? Who had the best voice?

Dave easily.

I like Roger's writing, but he always sounded like a whiner.

Turns out, he is.

Dave is mellow, Roger always had that touch of insanity in his voice

I like them all, as a band.  First and foremost is Gilmour's soulful guitar, that I would give my left teste to play like.....however, Waters snivelling and bedwetting politics has really turned me against him.  I do love the constant poking and prodding that David gave him in songs after the split...

Roger's lyrics had a touch of anger and sarcasm that got worse during and after The Wall.
For the brief period of time from Meddle to The Wall as a group they were brilliant.
After The Wall Roger's ego and the rest of the band's inability to deal with Roger ruined Floyd forever in my opinion.

Never cared much for Dave's Pink Floyd.  Sounds like brilliantly produced elevator music.  YMMV.

Come on OP, add a poll.

My vote is for Dave. I was fortunate enough to see him during his Rattle That Lock tour. Pretty solid album if you ask me. I also Roger twice during his most recent The Wall tours. Awesome shows but David is the better performer.

My favorite song from the Album

Dave for the win easily then and now. I always felt he was Pink Floyd. My opinion he was the best musician, had the best voice, and was more creative musically. Plus he gives an interesting interview.

This. Watched Pink Floyd's Classic Albums special on Dark Side and Gilmour is such the man in every way. You can tell at the time he was still having a blast with the songs and dude can play a bit of everything

With that said I'm planning to see Roger Waters next week and I'm very pumped about that

He does some truly epic shows...when it's over I'm always surprised that so much time went by.

Wow, I haven't heard this since the late 80's when my Girlfriends and I were listening to all of the early Pink Floyd.

I've been a Floyd fan for 30 years and I'm 35. Missed out on the 2010 shows and someone at a record store told me about Waters touring. Otherwise I would have had no idea.

Floyd makes me think of my dad who passed away this year. He'd always said he'd take me but we never got the chance so I felt like it was time to get as close as I could to a real Floyd show
