There are 37 genders.
Straight men should be forced to date trannies.
 A trannie's penis is a "woman's penis."
Obamacare is good for the country.
Pot cures EVERYTHING. (For the record, I think it has SOME theraputic uses)
Communism just needs ONE more chance to suceed.

This is a very strong possibility.  The party in power, after a power change, always looses seats in the first mid-term election.  Typically they lose 30 seats on average but the President has low approval ratings they lose 50 seats.  This comes straight from my Republican Representative who has a target on his back and is already feeling the pressure even though he has won several elects with good margins previously.

Then you have idiots here cheering when middle of the road people start saying they aren't going to vote Republican in the next election.  They are also bashing typical left leaning people even when they come out in support of Trump.  In other words people here are doing all they can to push "centrists" away because they aren't conservative enough even though they voted R.

So do I.  It really comes down to what healthcare bill they pass.  The Dems passed Obamacare in March and lost something like 67 seats in November 2010.  The Republicans are following in their footsteps of trying to ram through a partisan healthcare bill. Maybe if they pass it now people will forget by next year but it is still a hell of a gamble.

If my Rep is concerned about them then I am concerned.  This is going on while Kentucky is still making a hard swing to the right.  All the "southern Democrats" are jumping ship and registering as Republican and the elected official in office are switching parties.  Yet my Rep is very nervous about keeping his seat.  Our state House just from Democrat to Republican control for the first time in 95 years. The Republicans that took over Democrat seats last November are already fundraising because the Democrats are already organizing and fundraising so that they can take the seats back.

That is just FYI statement not a gloom and doom statement.  We have people here saying the Dems are delusional and don't have a chance...which is actually being delusional.  There is a huge fight brewing, don't under estimate your enemy and think that it is in the bag...like Hillary did.  We need to enjoy our victory but also start focusing on the battle coming in 2018 because it will be huge.

Look at what the MSM is still doing to Trump.  All Republicans running in 2018 will be given that same treatment because the media wants to strike back for looking like idiots when Hillary lost.

when you see them talking about taking back congress in 2018 you need to remind them that they are 0-5 in special elections with 10's of millions of dollars wasted trying to buy seats.

The Senate!?
Clearly, they have not taken a look at which seats are up in 2018.

I'd bet the Republicans pick up at least 1 seat in the Senate in 2018.  R+3 seems most likely at the moment.
Simply put, the Dems(& Ind.) have 25 seats up, Reps have 8.  Heck, I'd call R+3 a win for the Dems.

Dem seats in play:
Florida
Indiana
Missouri
Montana
North Dakota
Ohio
Pennsylvania
Virginia?
West Virginia
Wisconsin

Rep seats in play:
Nevada?

I'm sure they will blame Gerrymandering though.
